Assemblo started with a frustration our team saw over and over: the small and medium manufacturers who make the real world — the pipes, the packaging, the textiles, the food — were priced out of real ERP. The serious systems cost more than a year of profit and took six months of consultants to switch on. The affordable ones were glorified spreadsheets. So the makers who most needed software to run tighter kept running on Excel, WhatsApp and gut feel.
We're software engineers first. Between us we've built and shipped production systems end-to-end — backend, data, mobile, the lot. When we looked at manufacturing, we didn't see a niche to squeeze; we saw an industry that deserved software built as carefully as anything in fintech or SaaS. Assemblo is that bet: a genuine, AI-powered ERP priced so a fourteen-person workshop can start for free and grow into it.
We believe software should map to how a factory actually works — production at the heart, and inventory, sales, purchasing and accounting clicking neatly around it. Most ERPs are accounting tools with manufacturing bolted on the side. We build the opposite. And because we're engineers, we don't stop at storing data: Assemblo's AI reads what's happening on the floor and tells you the next move — what to reorder, what to reschedule, where the money is leaking.
We build with customers, not at them. Every module ships because a real manufacturer asked for it, and we'd rather cut a feature than fake one. Assemblo is our flagship, but we operate as a product studio — we've shipped multiple real products, including Nabi, an HRM Suite and Custom Production systems for specific factories.
